How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping is FREE and arrives in 1–7 business days. Need it sooner? Express shipping (1–3 business days) is available for $15 at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Will I get a tracking number?
Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Shop Pay Installments lets you pay over time on eligible orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at shawnzyluxe@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll do our best to update it before it ships.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are encrypted and processed through Shopify’s PCI-compliant checkout. We never store your card details.

What is your return policy?

My order arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
